ARCAS Hawaii Sea Turtle Conservation Project
ARCAS is a Guatemalan non profit governmental organisation that initiated its conservation activities in the Hawaii area primaryily as a response to threats to leatherback and olive ridley turtle populations by local egg collectors.

Willing Workers on Organic Farms
Willing Workers On Organic Farms (WWOOF) is a form of cultural exchange in which WWOOFers live and work as family with host farms, and learn about the skills of organic growing and the area they are visiting. WWOOF Hawaii and their hosts make travelling in Hawaii easy, safe and more fun for both Hawaii and Overseas Visitors.

Koke'e Resource Conservation Programme
Objectives of KRCP are to conduct weed removal in selected areas of Koke'e, Waimea Canyon, and Na Pali Coast State Parks. Selected areas are at least 70% native, and generally coincide with areas containing rare, threatened, and endangered native Hawaiian plant species.
Hawai'i has become the "endangered species capital of the world" due to the many threats that are degrading native habitat and the resultant loss of species www.krcp.org
