Chaos rules in ICAS. There are no biscuits for Chatmosphere.

After weeks of providing the highest quality food for those fortunate enough to attend, the disappearance of biscuits from Chatmosphere has resulted in factions forming, with office groups blaming each other for the lack of the galaxy's prize possessions. Some offices are threatening war if the culprit is not discovered.
