Subject:	cached credentials on windows

hello,

for information, you can find if windows has stored any credentials by going 
to:

'start' > 'run' 

and entering:

rundll32.exe keymgr.dll, KRShowKeyMgr

if there are any entries in the window which this produces, they can safely be 
removed.
other common causes of locked accounts are active sessions on other machines, 
e.g. remote terminal server sessions, and mobile devices connecting to the 
university email system with outdated credentials.
