Juan Diego Rodriguez-Blanco worked in Leeds as a EU Marie Curie Fellow between 2007 and 2012 on: The kinetics and mechanisms of calcium carbonates nucleation and growth from solution.; he is now an Assistant Professor at the at the NanoGeoScience Centre at the University of Copenhagen

Zongbo Shi worked in Leeds on a NERC grant between 2007 and 2011 on: Iron in Saharan dust and links to atmospheric processing; he is now a Birmingham University Fellow/NERC Research Fellow  at the School of Geography, Earth and Environmental Sciences at the University of Birmingham

Teresa Roncal-Herrero worked in Leeds as a EU Marie Curie Fellow on the "The Nucleation and growth of phosphates"
(part of her PhD) and on "Evaporitic carbonate formation processes" (as a postdoc); currently writing up and working for an international consulting company;
